Would you like to have your trophy scored for our Big Game Records? 

If you think your trophy may meet the minimum score for entry into our records keeping program, simply click on the Official Measurers page on the navigation menu for a list of measurers and contact the nearest measurer.

If you wish to have a Deer, Moose or Bear scored then contact the nearest Official Measurer listed on the Official Measurers - Deer, Moose, Bear page. Please consider that official measurers volunteer their time and effort to provide this service to you. Be considerate and call during a reasonable hour or send them an email and let them contact you.

If you wish to have a Turkey scored then contact the nearest Official Measurer listed on the Official Measurers - Turkey page. Please consider that official measurers volunteer their time and effort to provide this service to you. Be considerate and call during a reasonable hour or send them an email and let them contact you.

Do not hesitate to call. We would like to hear from you. All we ask from you is that, upon completion of the scoring process, you enter any trophy meeting our minimum entry scores. Please do not ask an Official Measurer to measure a trophy if you do not intend on entering the trophy into the records keeping program.

In order to cover our costs and publish a book, an entry fee will be charged in the amount of $20.00 for Deer, Moose and Bear. A fee of $15.00 will be charged for Turkey entries. You will receive a patch, decal and certificate for each entry along with publication in our Big Game Records Book and posting on our website.

MINIMUM ENTRY SCORES - BIG GAME

Typical Whitetail Deer  = 110" Gross

NonTypical Whitetail Deer  = 125" Gross

Moose = 165" Gross

800 pound Club = No minimum antler score. Any moose with a clean dressed weight of 800 pounds or more.

Bear = 17 8/16" Gross (skull score)

250 pound Club = Any bear with a clean dressed weight of 250 pounds or more.

Antlers and skulls will be scored using the Boone and Crockett Official Scoring System. Click here to learn how to score.

MINIMUM ENTRY SCORE - TURKEY

 NWTF = 55

Turkey are scored using the National Wild Turkey Federation scoring system. This formula takes into consideration the turkey's weight, spur lengths and beard length. Click here to learn how to score.

Weight category = 20 lbs. We will keep records of all turkey 20 lbs or more.You may enter your turkey in this category with no minimum NWTF score.
